Training on Synthetic Ice is proven to not only be used as the same way as on regular ice but also to accelerate the improvement even more from the 15% of resistance the surface provides. The player can’t cheat their mechanics and the surface automatically builds the right ones such as Stride/Release/Follow through/Knee bend/upper body posture……. the player willsee a big difference when he goes back on “regular ice” as activities get easier as early as after only one session! IT WORKS!
